How We Use Your Data

• Profile Information: Data like your name and location helps us personalize your experience (e.g., "Welcome, John!") and tailor content, like providing AI-generated news headlines relevant to your state.
• Deal Data: The financial numbers you enter into our calculators are used to perform the analyses you request. When you ask for AI Insights on a deal, we send a summarized, anonymous version of this data to our AI provider (e.g., OpenAI) to generate the analysis. We do not store the specific details of your queries permanently linked to your AI interaction logs.
• Community Deals: When you choose to publish a deal, a copy of that deal's data (excluding your private notes) is stored in a separate, public collection in our database so other users can view and learn from it.

Our Use of AI

Valentor RE uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide several features:

• Deal Insights: The AI analyzes the key metrics of your deal and your provided market notes to give you strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks.
• Market News: The AI generates relevant real estate headlines based on your location to keep you informed.
• AI Assistant: The chat feature uses an AI to answer general real estate questions.

It is important to remember that AI-generated content can sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. It should be used as a starting point for your own research and not as definitive financial advice.
